When I claimed I knew who it was, I was sure it was Aunt Eller. But the last DQ disproved that theory. So now I think it’s the Mayor’s wife in _The Music Man_, but if I need her actual name, I don’t think I know it. But De La Rue deserves the credit if I’m right, I was just flailing in the too broad region of theater. ---

Lucky guess. I was thinking Aunt Eller as well, but also the yearly spring musicals we did in middle school, and _The Music Man_ seemed more likely than _Oliver!_, _Guys and Dolls_, _South Pacific_, or _Cinderella_.
