An award winning creative artist (as opposed to a performer) in a visual arts medium that’s not film, TV, sculpture, painting, or theater, but is writing, but not novels or scripts. Dang - I’m just as stumped as **Elendil’s Heir**. OK, one more IQ: Did you step on a poptop and blow out your flipflop? (If it’s not this guy then I really don’t have a clue.) ---

I am not Jimmy Buffet HINT: My _opus_ of work includes children’s books, daily works, and anthologies of my daily works. I ceased creating said primarily known for daily work in the late 80’s, but continued work around the same characters for another two decades. One of my books was recently turned into a movie, which failed somewhat in the theaters. You could say it went _Aaack_. ---

Yes! I am Berkeley Breathed! Cartoonist of _Bloom County_, _Outland_ and _Opus_. I also wrote _Mars Needs Moms!_, a children’s book, which was adapted into a movie…which did not do well in theaters. ---
