A leading character from a TV series of the 80s or 90s, involved with Federal agents. Hmmm, if it wasn’t for the fact that none of the leads in The Greatest America Hero have a last name starting with C, it’d be a match. We haven’t eliminated cartoons, though… Ponder. Ponder. ---
