The way we usually play is that if an IQ is answered with a valid person, no DQ is earned, even if it wasn’t the same person the questioner was thinking of. I believe [Sue Perkins](https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2015/04/20/sue-perkins-bbc-new-show-top-gear_n_7097972.html) is a valid answer, though perhaps she is not so closely associated with the necktie as your choice?
