I was in a bookstore in Harvard Yard a year ago, and I picked up a collection of her short stories, _How Long 'Til Black Future Month_, which was a staff recommendation. She’s an excellent writer. Haven’t yet read any of her trilogies, but I did get _The City We Became_, which I very much enjoyed. Made me realize just how much fantasy I’ve read comes from a Eurocentric perspective. ---
