Most sport books I’ve read are nonfiction - Bill James, _Paper Lion_, _Ball Four_ - and the main exceptions are a couple Chip Hilton titles, which (a) don’t qualify on other grounds and (b) I remember almost nothing from them. I am stumped like a fallen tree. ---
