Hmm… What’s the ruling on this situation?
I posted my IQ before EH’s, but EH revealed the correct answer first.

I know you don’t earn a DQ for an IQ asked after “Not ___” has been posted. It is pretty easy for two people to overlap IQs if one doesn’t recognize that the person has already been asked.

I’m cool either way.
