There’s a reason why it was hard for me to answer #14, why I was looking for the specifics in how the input question was phrased in order to evaluate the truth of it.

… and I’m not Ryan White, sorry for missing the D vs I on the question, hehe

I’m guessing Tim’s mystery guest has a criminal background, but the event for which he is known is not a crime. I still haven’t a clue though.

I’m not Roald Dahl or Rudyard Kipling, and DQ.

Congratulations on a real puzzler, Tim!

[I have no clue…]

Bertrand Russell

All these no answers. Maybe this guy was noted for falling off the grid.

In addition to not committing any crimes during the event, there’s no record I can find of our guest ever committing a crime.

I did the best I could with 13 and 14. My judgement was that answering yes to question 14 would have been more deceptive than answering no was, but there’s a reason I agonized over that response.

IQ1: Are you the founder of Virgin Galactic, a space tourism industry?
IQ2: Are you the subject of the joke “What’s the difference between Michael Jackson and” you? (Answer; Michael Jackson got burned while doing Pepsi, you got burned while doing coke.)
IQ3: Were your remains discovered in 2012 in a car centre lot?

I’m not Richard Branson, or Richard Pryor?, and DQ

DQ: Known as a Boorstin-defined celebrity (“someone who is famous for being famous”)?

This was made clear when I received a formal letter from a federal US attorney announcing that I was not the subject of any criminal investigation.

  17. Not known for business
  18. Not known for a discovery or invention
  19. Not known for military service
  20. Not famous for being famous

… and that’s 20!

In addition to the bit I added above to #14, let me also mention that there’s a biopic of me currently under development, with A-list names attached.

You all know the drill, Prof. Pepperwinkle, Knowed Out, Elendil’s Heir, and SCAdian all receive one last DQ of the form are you Firstname Lastname.

Pass. I have no idea.

Also drawing a blank. Think think think…

That addition to #14 sounds familiar, but…
