Yes, I am Johnston Pettigrew. CSA General who commanded one of the threedivisions of Pickett’s Charge. And well, _I_ think Gen. Pettigrew qualifies, since this game was shorter than the Jaime Lannister game.

Congratulations **Wooden Taco**.

Hey, c’mon. Lannister appears in a series of _New York Times_-bestselling books. 'Way more people know about Lannister than know about Pettigrew… and I say that as a Civil War buff! 😃

Well, it only took about 70 posts to get Pettigrew. Seems like it wasn’t THAT difficult. But, if you disagree, then what can I do?

BTW, did you know that George Lazenbyplayed Pettigrew in the movie _Gettysburg_? Yup, old 007 himself. So, Rd 20 to Wooden Taco.

Again, I’m at a loss. So, DQ.
[/QUOTE]

Can I carry my DQ over to the next round? 😃

The person I meant was John Phillips, who sang “all the leaves are brown/ and the sky is gray” as a member of the [Mamas & the Papas.](http://www.lyricsfreak.com/m/mamas+&+the+papas/california+dreamin_20087270.html)

This was James Petigru, incidentally. He noted that the Palmetto State was “too small to be a republic and too large to be an insane asylum.”
