I’m thinking you must have lived a while back (I actually thought you might have been a 19th-cent. preacher, as it sort of fits some of the requirements). Anyway, I don’t have any more ideas, and I’m going out of town. Just thought I’d throw my hunches out there if anyone wants to continue.
