In my native Japan, where my name is given in the order [surname] [given name], the first of those begins with M. My given name does not, so in most English language sources the answer would be no. So, broad metagame question- It actually worked out quite well this time that the Japanese question came up before the first name question, so I could elaborate on first names versus given name without spoilers… but how should it be handled if they came in the opposite order? Assume English language name order and say first name does not begin with M? ---
