# Bought used vehicle with two undeclared needed repairs. Worth pursuing?

I don’t know if it matters, but it’s an EV. I didn’t mention that above because “battery dying” on an EV can be confusing.

Most apply only to new vehicles, not used.

I did not check whether NC’s cover used vehicles.
