Sorry if this has already been covered, and it probably has, but I don’t know what it’s called so I wouldn’t know what to search for… Will we ever get back the box we used to have at the bottom of threads? I’d like to think most of us can write vbulletin code without the aid of the helper buttons so most of us can compose our threads without having to click the ‘post reply’ button. Also, wouldn’t it save a little work for the hamsters? Only having to load one new page (the thread with the post added) rather than two (the new thread page and _then_ the thread with the new post) And while I am at it. Are those smileys ever coming back? I appreciate all the work the techs are doing and you **Lynn** for putting up with and dealing with all those pay-to-post and $4.95 threads. ---

Yes, it will. I need to get the hack from someone or try to write it myself. The smilies we will get back sometime too, and turn off “show sigs”. I figure Jerry is busy with the subscription stuff right now, and he’s the only one who can upload smilies (I tried). ---

**Gaudere** - Can you tell Jerry that the smilie question comes up every day here and according to OpalCat it’s an easy fix. And before someone tells me I’ve lost my perspective and should be patient, please be aware that I don’t use them myself. I just hate to see a lot of airtime wasted over the easy ones.
