Use of AI together with her previous speech for creating the speech. Quite an advancement over previous attempts.

I’m not above visualizing a nice creepy Stephen King novel in which the AI is conjuring sentences that have a disturbingly creepy departure from the actual thoughts the stroke survivor is trying to convey… but yeah, empowerment. Good use of it.

Right: how do you check, if there is no other medium of communication?  
Maybe ‘blink once if that is correct, twice if not’?

But it is a promising area of research, I hope.
