# Brain Zaps

I’ve had the “brain zaps” all my life but they are infrequent. In my adult life I’ve experienced the loud noises and also the muscle jerks. All of this has occurred right at I drift off. The loud noise is the only thing that bothers me. It’s like having a firecracker go off near me. The adrenaline rush is NOT appreciated.
