# Brandon Lee - is the footage from his death used in "The Crow"?

Well, that’s the question, o wise ones. Was the footage from the tragic accident that killed Brandon Lee used in the released version of the film? My instincts tell me ‘no’, but I have been speaking this evening with some who are convinced that the actual shot got used in the final version of the film. Facts, opinion, hearsay - what can you all tell me?

No.  
Out of respect of Lee, all of the footage was destroyed.  
I’ll see if I can find a cite.
