Reading through the first few pages of this thread is awfully good fun. Meh. I fully expect Suarez to have bitten Alonso by the end of next season. You can never go wrong by betting on Suarez biting somebody. So hows the betting on Germany v Lionel Messi? Fun fact, all of the last 3 Barcelona no 10’s have won a World Cup. ---

What the holy heck? How was that not a red card?? Glad Netherlands scored on that penalty. I’m feeling a bit of schadenfreude at Robben getting his comeuppance for his flop in the Mexico game, but that foul was ridiculous. (I’m watching a few minutes delayed here) * * * ETA - Not so delayed I missed the edit window! Robben got a yellow card too. Ha! Anybody know what the most red/yellow cards issued during a single world cup match are? Now I kind of want both teams to get red/yellowed down to a 5-on-5 game. ---
