WatchESPN streams normal ESPN programming in real time. ESPN3 shows specific events that may or may not also be broadcast on one of the 800 ESPN TV channels. ---

An hour to go till the USA v Ghana game. It’s midnight here in St. Petersburg. Tomorrow the Russians will play Korea yet another hour later (2 AM). Dunno if I can do that one. 'Course, if the USMNST doesn’t beat Ghana’s team today then that all probably become moot, at least as far as the USMSNT is concerned. ---

Essien and Boateng not in Ghana’s starting lineup tonight. Either they’re injured or Ghana is supremely confident. Things seem to be breaking in USA’s favor. ---

That was the worst defending I have ever seen. One defender didn’t even try to put a leg out to block it. He stopped at the six and made no effort to move towards the goal.
