US haven’t done much since we equalized… so nervewracking. What’s the tiebreaker if two teams end up at 4 points in the group? Head to head, then goal differential? ---

No, the head-to-head matchup is much less important outside the United States in deciding tiebreakers. Goal difference is the first criterion, then total goals scored, THEN head to head. ---
