CNN played a phone video last night with sound. It was definitely an AK. Two women who were vendors reported something interesting live on CNN, although I don’t know if they realized the importance of it at the time. They said that at first there was one shot. Then there was a pause as they saw the shooter fooling with a magazine trying to get it into the rifle. It was a little after that when the gunman let loose with a large barrage of bullets. OK, what does that seem to mean? It seems to mean that idiot had a round chambered earlier and pulled out the magazine ( possibly when he was going over/through the fence?). While walking around with the clip out, he must have been playing with his finger inside the trigger guard when… whooops! That round in the chamber went off into the ground. He was ‘made’ at that point by his victims, who began to run … even though he was probably not yet at the place he wanted to set up as his nest. He then had to, on the fly, grab his magazine and try to jam it in quickly before everyone got away. It looks to me like that one in the chamber going off saved a lot of lives by giving people more time to run and take cover. ---
