I am willing to follow the “innocent until proven guilty” motto. However, like in the pit, I am thinking: Michael, you are sooooo stuuupid!! Surrounding yourself with yes men and con men! I know someone who has known Michael Jackson for many, many years. She says that it’s true. I mean, she’s been at relatively closed social gatherings with him where he has had one of his boys present and the relationship was apparently abundantly clear. She has no reason to lie, and she herself is at least as famous as he is so she isn’t namedropping or something like that. ---

Something’s wrong with this picture. The cause of action alleges that the boy is now 13 years old and that these alleged acts occurred in or around 1993. They also allege that Michael Jackson “seduced” the plaintif and that the plaintif “rejected said defendant’s sexual advances.” How does one seduce a 3 year old and how does a 3 year old reject said sexual advances? ---
