**Shayna** - The one at the Smonking Gun site is the one that was settled out of court in a civil action 9 years ago. It isn’t the current case, although the court documents were made public only within the last year or so (IIRC). The boy in the 1993 document was 13 at the time the civil suit was filed. That document has nothing to do with yestarday’s search warrant. This is a whole new allegation. ---

His lawyer said today on the tube that he has 24 hour supervision because of things like this possibly happening. Thus, it couldn’t have happened. ---

What simply boggles the mind is how **anyone** can let their children anywhere near Michael Jackson anymore. Whether or not he has actually been found guilty of any child-related crimes is irrelevant to the fact that he is just **creepy**! Are these parents hoping to bring their children 15 minutes of fame? A chance to say they were friends with a star? What is it? ---

Sorry for not posting more in that last post: that was from the 1993 case, not the current one. It does, however, describe in detail what the accusations were in that case. The media was pretty vague about the details. I just thought it was relevant/interesting. I should have posted more than just a url though.
