A cursory peruse of Hansard indicates that hardly anybody gave a toss about the ODR, so I can’t see Westminster dying on a hill over it in Brussels.
It sounds like something the UK would support, if anything.

I’ve left this go for so long out of hope that it’d be possible to have a factual discussion alongside the many debate threads. I should have realized earlier that it wasn’t working.
