# bri1600bv suspended

We’ve suspended bri1600bv for one month for failure to follow moderator instructions and repeated threats.

In August, this post in GD earned him a warning for personal insults.:

More recently, in a PM to another poster he said:

I issued a moderator note and asked him not to do it again.

Last night, he continued his antics and I issued him a warning here: [http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=11780074&postcount=94](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=11780074&postcount=94), noting that “There may be more. I’ll need to discuss it with the other moderators.” We’ve discussed it, and decided that a one month suspension is appropriate.
