Not to mention the MPSIMS thread he opened to whine about the exact same thing (Which got locked down fast, so I am not linking to it out of respect to the Mods). Act like a jerk, get called out. Plain and simple. The fact that it happens more to new posters is based on the fact that the morons tend to get weeded out pretty fast around here. We constantly get a new crop of morons though. Hence new posters in the Pit more. Long time posters get Pitted too. Banned even. Being here for a while just means you know the rules and personalities. So spare the “oh the poor newbie getting Pitted bullshit” it ain’t flying. He started a Pit and it blew up in his face, and he got pissy about it, and then got mocked more. Now that poor Machinehead is getting his ass handed to him, isn’t the fault of the EVIL SDMB CLIQUE or the vast “Oldbie” conspiracy, it is because this board is about _fighting_ ignorance, not giving it a pat on the back. :rolleyes: ---
