One wonders if the OP has read _Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus_ by Mary Shelley. Not any of the movies, but the actual book. Even the Classic Comics version. The doctor turned on and abandoned his creation long before the creation returned seeking revenge. One might want to keep this in mind before creating new life.

All of these other posters really aren’t taking you seriously, OP. I suggest you consult your local Great Intelligence, who has experience in these matters. It may be willing to share its wisdom with you if you offer your aid in dealing with a certain pesky Time Lord and/or Impossible Girl.
