[TRIPP is a hockey stick made by TPS](http://www.hockeycorner.de/Clearance-Custom-Equipment). I guess it could be a coincidence that all three names are after hockey gear. ---

I had two classmates named Trip and Skip, from high school though I knew them both since middle school. They were twin brothers-but Trip and Skip were their nicknames. I only heard their real names once at graduation-they were Woodrow and Warren, respectively. ---

Maybe they got some deal from the hockey equipment companies that they’d get paid $100,000 if they named the baby after the hockey stuff.:dubious: ---
