The Northern Line is allegedly up and running from Euston south, and for certain other routes too. Living up that neck of the woods I can offer plentiful bus advice if necessary. ---

I will have the silly thing with me, but due to differing standards it won’t work outside the U.S. Darn isolationist Yanks! (Of course, hardly any of the people who design the standards are, in fact, Yanks, which is fine for me, as it keeps me gainfully employed.) No problem, I’m sure I can figure it out. It’s just that all other things being equal, if I can find a decent and reasonable hotel near the site of the evening’s festivities, or directly accessible by Tube, I’d pick that one instead. No big deal, though. And BTW, all plane tickets have been purchased, so it’s definitely a go! ---

**checks his notes** hmmm, i believe that your treatment in these kiss chase incidents as a child has left you very insecure and introverted. An insecurity that you have fought - and indeed still fight - to overcome. In your professional life this has manifested itself in your drive to succeed in your career and research, and here you are winning the battle with this insecurity due to your talent in your field and the fact that the nature of your work lends itself to an introverted character. In your personal life this insecurity - combined with an unconscious desire to rectify your failure in those early kiss chases - has manifested itself as a desire to be noticed and loved. This has led to your tendency to flirt at the slightest opportunity. Whilst this is not necessarily a bad thing - it may have adverse effects on your ability to form long-term relationships. So how do we proceed? Well firstly you must admit that you have a problem. Then my advice is that we embark on a series of counselling sessions aimed at helping you come to terms with your insecurity and understanding that it is not your fault. maybe i’ll stop by the dope and spread the thanksgiving spirit (j/k). I already have plans to be in London that week, but depending my friends coming with me, I may/may not be able to attend.
