Though I realise answering this question itself might be going too far. I think I’ll play safe, and go by what seems to be the spirit of the rules, and stick to talking about astronomy and cambridge, though that’ll be hard (uh, difficult. whoops 🙂 ) Or does online flirting just not count? It’s not as if it’s really sexual imho. ---

Bwahaha! Online firlting isn’t flirting per say, I don’t think, I mean, its only electrons. 😉 No, I don’t play the xylophone, I play the recorder (pretty damned well actually - my school consort was semi-professional :D) Oh, and **Gyrate** , darn you! Nah, I think it’s because someone called her _bubbeleh._ That’s the evil secret of Jewish mothers; you just think it’s a term of endearment, but it is also an anti-sexual one. It can fry any flirtatious electrons instantaneously. And I should know; I’ve got Jewish mothers up the wazzoo. Anyone need a spare? (Although now that I think about it, that may be the first time I’ve ever seen a nice Muslim girl get referred to as _bubbeleh._). ---

Well, for clarity’s sake, there is no requirement to be Jewish, or indeed even female, to be a Jewish mother. It’s more a state of mind than something predetermined by culture, religion, and/or genetics. And definitely the few Indian moms I’ve met and/or heard stories about probably get closer thananyone except maybe an Italian mom. (Right, **jeevmon**?) ---

Gonville and Caius is a Cambridge college - the one **Tansu** was at, IIRC. Gardies is a Greek kebab place in Cambridge, housed in premises rented from Gonville and Caius College. Gardies does some of the best kebabs ever. However, Gonville and Caius have decided that Gardies doesn’t fit with the “upscale image” they’re trying to give Rose Crescent (the street where Gardies is situated), despite the fact that there is still a MacDonalds on that streeet. :rolleyes: Does that clear things up?
