# Britain's most prolific serial rapist is jailed

A perpetual Indonesian student living in Manchester has been convicted of tolling the neighborhood for drunken men, drugging and raping them. He filmed about 190 of the attacks. Seventy of the men have not been identified.  
It seems he might be the most-prolific rapist ever convicted.

You will be pleased to know I considered the Hierarchy of Adjectives in my comment.  
Seems the local police have been denying the existence of a serial push-people-into-the-canal killer active at the same time this guy was running amok.
