Brits that Americans find funny

Seconded!

Mitch Benn!

sin

No Chris Morris? For shame.

Oh yes! I bought that after hearing about it on the boards. It does seem out of order with charmingly-shuffling FWaaF and Notting Hill and Mickey Blue Eyes and…

Is that Jimmy Carr who hosts Distraction up to anything else?

The Fry/Laurie “Jeeves and Wooster” shows are absolutely hilarious and inspired.

I will watch any early “Monty Python” show, or almost any of their movies, with giddy glee. Ditto Cleese and Palin in “A Fish Called Wanda.”

Anthony Sher, IIRC, played Prime Minister Disraeli in “Her Majesty, Mrs. Brown” and stole every scene he was in.

I saw Tim Curry on stage in “She Stoops To Conquer” 20+ years ago, and he was amaaaaaaaazing. He chewed the scenery with great gusto. I still remember that play.

All the Python cast members.
Peter Sellers
Rowan Atkinson
Benny Hill
And whoever those guys were in The Two Ronnies.

Seymour and Bartholomew?

Ronnie Corbett (Short) and Ronnie Barker (Tall).

Jimmy Carr is funny…but offensive. Really, really offensive. I don’t think many Americans would “get” him.

Anyone heard of Peter Kay?

Where is **Craig Ferguson ** from? Is he Scottish? That guy is hilarious.
