# Broke up with my girlfriend.  She did not handle it well.

You say it wasn’t a manipulative thing, but it is. Whether it’s consciously manipulative or not, I couldn’t say, but somewhere in her head is a little voice that’s telling her if she’s making statements that are extreme enough, you just might come back to “Save” her.

I have to agree with **Sierra Indigo**. I had an ex who used the same tactic on me.

For your own good, stay away from her.
