Shetland rump roast is kind of hard to come by in US supermarkets.

The recipe for making them must involve various high fives and fist-bump-splosions between fellow cooks, as well as a few comments like, “I like the way you handle those potatoes! No homo!!”

Not in the UK, apparently. Just like the trunk is called the boot over there, it’s called “beef.”
