Xt ,shame on you. The fact that other posters agree with you sometimes does not make it right. When I was arguing against the bailout that Paulson proposed, most of America was terrified by the predictions of those who wanted a free hand in the US treasury. I smelled a rat. The crisis was not a sudden event. To claim he needed incredible and unprecedented powers immediately, just before a Democrat was about to be sworn in, bothered me. Because they were successful in scaring most Americans into submission does not make it correct. It still doesn’t. The election in Mass. indicated that many were troubled by the presence of Goldman types in charge of the economy. Posters said I was wrong. i was not. ---

You don’t generally bother to sit down and take the time to post your own views (weird as they probably are). This OP is a perfect example…‘The 2008 Buffalo Beast,50 most loathsome people is out.’ \ That’s it. That’s the sum total.
