I would have to cop to the fact that I don’t even know who most of the people on that list are. Only a few names jump out at me for name recognition, but then I’ve never been interested in learning the names of most entertainers, sports figures or even obscure politicians, so that’s no surprise. I do have to say that a bacon wrapped cheese burger made using glazed donuts as the buns sounds completely disgusting…though only because I can’t see how the glazed donuts would add anything to it, even using the ‘everything tastes better with bacon’ caveat… -XT ---

If you email it to me make sure you put something about you being from the SD in the subject line, otherwise it will probably go into my junk filter. However, a perhaps better idea (besides the one that seems much more popular, which is don’t post about this at all, since no one seems to really be into it) is to craft an actual OP that has the correct link (to the BB 50 list for the proper year…you seem to have overcome this problem this year, but vigilance is eternal) and the perhaps use that cut and paste feature to actually highlight some of your own picks and add some discussion to the thread, some color, some commentary, and what you want to discuss. This is the Pit, no doubt, so you don’t have to create a huge wall of text for discussion…but a little effort (something more than a link and a few words) would be nice, and perhaps would get you some kind of discussion other than about what an idiot you are. You can, of course, take my advice with a grain of salt and do it your way (again) next year…entirely up to you, old chap. -XT ---
