But be sure that you have adequate wiring, or your father will sit at night with no lights on while his cigarette glows in the dark. And good soundproofing so you won’t have to tiptoe past the master bedroom where your mother reads her magazine. Or be like your neighbor Mr. Green! He’s so serene, he has a TV in every room! Put a spotlight in the corner in case you lose your religion. And outside you can build a little birdhouse in your soul. 🆒 ---
