BUMP - BUMP!! Law & Order Trivia.

Let’s see - there was the one with the guy who had the dominatrix lover - he ended up hanging himself.

The one with the judge on the take - he blew his brains out.

And the one with Peter Riegert as the gay councilman- - didn’t he slit his wrists in the bathtub?

Hey now…if I was going to cheat, I’d have looked up the other answers too. I did use the web to confirm the spelling of Ivanek’s first name, but he’s certainly not an unfamiliar actor to L&O fans.

[Glove Slap]I demand satisfaction.[/GS]

And Lenny’s old partner…John Something. He had turned to the dark side and tried to frame Lenny for stealing drugs from the property room.

Now that I think about it, Riegert wasn’t a councilman (that’s on the Sopranos) - he was just a gay lawyer.

There was the SVU episode where Stabler went undercover as a drug-selling businessman, and when the cocaine made into bathroom tiles arrived at the corrupt cop’s house, he basically committed suicide by cop by making Stabler shoot him. (The corrupt cop was the guy from Biloxi Blues who ate crow upon reading in Matthew Broderick’s journal that he tought he was the best soldier and would probably win the Medal of Honor).

Pistols at dawn!! I believe you - I was shocked that you pulled that foreign name out.

Not necessary. In satisfaction of my challenge however, you must answer me these questions three.

Name the actor, who now shills for personal injury attorneys, who played a political ally of Adam Schiff, but later became an arch enemy after Ben prosecuted a member of his family.

What was the name of the DA who preceded Adam Schiff?

What is your favorite color?

Robert Vaughn (The Man from U.N.C.L.E.)

An upper-class couple is found shotgunned in their home. Briscoe suspects their sons (with at least two refs to the Menendez kids) but Logan is uncertain. Gradually it comes out that the kids were framed by the husband’s double-dealing Russian-mobbed-up business partner.

Of the possibilities listed in TL1, the only one I can’t tie to an episode is (a).

#1: Robert Vaughn - great revedal at the end when they realized the reason he was so closely guarding his son’s insanity was b/c he, himself, was just as insane.

#2: Woolworth? Wordswoth? I remember him from the first episode - he looked more like a defense attorney - stylish white hair and suspenders.

#3: Whatever Jamie Ross wants it to be.

Wasn’t there one not too long ago where a ConEd lineman was about about to get fired because his boss didn’t like him. So his son carried out a series of sniper killings, a la the DC sniper, and the ConEd boss was one of the victims. Made it look like the ConEd killing was random, rather than planned.

If so, I must have missed that one.

Ireland.

I don’t think so. I think the first Jack McCoy was James Earl Jones (who I think may be the answer to your question 5).

Larry Miller?

Besides the Larry Miller episodes, there was a recent episode with the coke addicted psychiatrist (Jacob Lowenstein?) who beat up his daughter. He was killed after being recently paroled I think. Crazy wife was in the episode too.
