I see this one all over the place down here in Sunny Eff-Ell-Aaa. What the hey does it mean-seems to be in some sort of code that only Wingnuts can grasp. Is it a veiled threat against illegal immigrants, or simply a fatuously obvious patriotic coda? ---

There’s an organization (or maybe it’s just one really vocal person) called [Stand Up For America](http://standupforamerica.wordpress.com/). The guy claims he’s an independent thinker who’s not a Democrat or a Republican. But he definitely puts a lot more time and effort into not being a Democrat. ---

My interpretation was that it’s encouraging people to become citizens, but it’s probably a lot more insidious than that. ---
