Burned out headlights

No burnt out lights now, but I just replaced one two weeks ago.

1998 Chrysler Concord: Step one, remove front of car.
No Kidding.
Good thing the Honda Odyssey is easy–the brighter blubs seem to die every time the season changes. I have now gone on to some dimmer bulbs NOT from Sylvania.
Friend states that VW has massive problems with lights.

Did you say “perdiddle” every time you say one?

I had a headlight burn out a couple of weeks ago. I only knew about it because a friend told me. I changed the bulb the next day.

Me either. I’ve replaced many turn signal lights and a tail light twice in six months (I read that they overheat the second time and solved that by leaving the access panel off. Been 1.5 years since it’s blown, so…) but never a headlight. Not even on the car that was 17 when I retired it.

One of my headlamps burned out on my drive home. A light came on on the dash to alert me.

I will replace it this weekend, but yes, I do have a light out.

Odd. I’ve been driving for 15 years and never had a burnt out headlight.
