Is he using the Microsoft client, of something more sophisticated? Do they use it for the State Department computers? How secure can that sort of thing be, anyway? ---

Someone really oughtta fix that title… George Tenet, CIA director, and [Telnet](http://www.comedia.com/hot/jargon_3.0/JARGON_T/TELNET.HTML), a plaintext, unencrypted way to remotely login to a computer are quite different. ---

He ought to at least be using secure shell - his passwords are being transmitted unencrypted! ---
