Oh, for anyone with access to CSPAN, I would still suggest that one. They keep up a little box with the question the whole time. The only other ones I see doing that are CNN. ---

Bush keeps bringing up the ICC as an example of an obviously good decision he made that was unpoular with Europe and the rest of the world. Kerry (probably wisely) isn’t challenging this. I’m curious whether this is something that resonates with undecided voters. Do they know or care about this issue? If so, do they agree with the Pres? Bush just keeps getting testier. I think this is a good sign. :wally ---
