Bush-Kerry Debate: Part Deux

I’m really tired of hearing the word “liberal” treated like a dirty word. I realize that’s how Bush and his group feel about the word but do they reallybelieve that everyone else (especially those undecideds) feel the same way?

I wish we had Gwen Ifill moderating this time around. She rocks

When Bush referred to “Tommy Franks and all the generals on the ground” did anyone else picture high-ranking officers cowering on hands and knees on the carpet while GWB ranted around the Sit Room?

Well, good way to influence Random. I’d love to see some Republican posts in this thread. I can see why they won’t.

I have a problem with trusting lawyers…especially in multitudes… :dubious:

A) Go mod.
B) Did Bush just slam his Republican (“We approve everything the president proposes”) congress?

Bush is ranting. Pathetic.

Man. Bush is just getting pecker-slapped on the economy stuff.

I didn’t say the Bushites were stupid-I said that they must be despairing that their boy is blowing the debate so badly. If I were on their side, I’d be furious that Bush is running and not Cheney. Don’t lump me with the rabid Lefties–I’d have voted for McCain or any moderate Republican, but Bush is a spectacularly bad president.

Although I did take Dubya’s anti-gay shenanigans personally.

Guys, Charlie asked how you would cut the deficit. Any reason neither of you could answer that one?

Kerry says ENRON! Woohoo!

Loooook into the camera, Lick those pretty pink lips…oooh yeah baby… Now bark. “Woof”. I like that.

“Tax cuts to Enron…” I’d LOVE to see Bush defend THAT one.

I believe the correct term is “smurfed.” :dubious:

Ooh, Kerry’s speaking directly at the camera. Work it!

Is that a drain the glass?

Heh… “Look straight into the camera…” I love it!

Good Kerry looking into the camera thing. But, while Bush isn’t doing all that great, Kerry is still making too many set speeches.

Bush is writing …I’m rubber you’re glue …

Why does Kerry keep saying “ladies and gentlemen”? Is he doing his Rush impersonation?

Yup, I want to be in your party.

You just have no clue how to convince someone who doesn’t share your simplistic, fanatic views. A candidate (and his supporters) have to do more than say “I’m not the other guy! He’s evil! I’ve got a plan!” Tell** us what you’d do differently. Don’t repetitively chant the same, content-free refrain about the nastiness and stupidity of people who aren’t in lockstep with your religion.
