Well, as a still-somewhat undecided voter, it is not a very large issue for me either way. I happen to agree with Bush on this one.
However, the main debate over the ICC is a year or two back. It hasn’t gotten much play since. Heck, this is the first time (well, I suppose last week was) that I’ve heard anyone bring it up in a long time. It would almost like Kerry bringing up Kyoto.
