I simply could not bring myself to watch the debate. Turned it off after 30 seconds–too excruciating. This thread is much more soothing. :mellow: ---

My 8yo son just asked me if I think Bush is “guilty” of starting the war. Where do kids get these ideas??? 🙂 ---

I’m watching MSNBC - when Kerry’s speaking they keep showing Bush reaction shots, but they aren’t showing Kerry’s reaction shots while Bush is speaking. Strange. Anyone else seeing that? Of course, now that I’ve said it it probably won’t happen again… ---

Okay, Bush gets in the first joke of the night: I don’t hold it against him that he went to Yale. Apparently the audience is asleep or terrified of being thrown out if they make a sound. No laugh. It won’t help Bush in the end though. He’s floundering. ---
