# Bush to build Guantanamo Death Camp

Reeder: The government played fast & loose with the idea of judicial in declaring, by law, that Article 15 proceedings (especially those sea-going kangaroo courts) aren’t judicial. The commanding officer gets to apply the law as regards punishment, but the accused doesn’t get the full benefit of the law as regards confrontation of witnesses and rules of evidence.

Holy death squad!

What’s to prevent us from “disappearing” Arab suspects from their native countries to Guantanamo, and killing them there? Is that what we’re up to?

Don’t like it? Report me to the mods. Personally, I felt I had good reason to repeat the phrasing of the article, but who knows? Maybe you’re right, and some honest sentiments cannot be expressed in GD.

No, DrDeth, I am not ashamed of what I did. And quite frankly, your righteous indignation means nothing to me. In the past, you’ve just been too careless in throwing false accusations at me. So why should I care now?
