Bush was better, almost decent. But Kerry remained strong and outdid Bush in both demeanor and points. Not much new material in this debate. Kerry leaves the three debates in a strong position and will go on to victory November 2. ---

MSNBC poll gives it to Kerry 85% to Bush’s 15%. That’s sure to fluctuate of course. ---

How can Kerry flip-flop based on political pressure to be popular, yet still stay out on the fringe and out of mainstream? How can Bush complain about Kerry being out of the mainstream and suggest that he himself is a good leader for sticking to unpopular positions? He flip flops to consistently liberal and unpopular positions based on pressure to be popular… Who told Bush this made sense?! 😕 ---

Yes, it would usually be taken that way. But I think you missed the audience gooing “oooooohhhh” right after Kerry said it. Laura was rich (not in the range of THK, but wealthy) when Bush married her. ---
