Bush is not good at timing these pre-scripted lines. That didn’t really work.
Something obviously told Bush he seemed pissy in the first two debates. Now he’s trying to seem happy and friendly but he just seems like he’s on something.
I bet they insisted that he be on the right side because his left side doesn’t look as smirky.

I thought that GW had a good point with the flu shots and Kerry’s using it for a springboard to talk about the failures of the health care system was totally stupid.

I can’t believe Kerry just blew past two great opportunities in one shot. In Bush’s response to the flu vaccine question, he mentioned Canada.
When Kerry was given an opportunity to respond, he responded with his canned spiel on the health care system. Good spiel, but what he SHOULDA pointed out was the fact that British firm doing our vaccines was the result of the ill-advised trend to privatize elements of health care that essential to the national defense. Then he could have used the Canada opening to segue into the Bush Admin. blocking access to cheap Canadian drugs to keep big drug companies happy.
Man, that was a gimme and Kerry missed it! The canned health spiel had little or nothing to do with the topic at hand, so it made Kerry look like a ditherer, too. Bad form.
Bush is foaming at the mouth. Is that a side effect of the drugs?
How is it that bush can threaten that Kerry will spend money he can raise when Bush spends money HE DOESN"T HAVE AT ALL??? How is that BETTER? Sheesh… :wally
Does he not know that people with college diplomas in math and science are the ones losing their jobs to outsourcing?
