There is no such thing as partial-birth abortion and the procedures which do exist are not remotely “brutal,” they are as safe as they can be.

What happened? Bush started this debate strong, but he seems to be losing it more and more. Every time Kerry calls Bush on a speaking point, he gets flustered.
He said reduce abortions, not eliminate them. Isn’t Bush on record as wanting to make all abortions illegal?
