If true my guess is he said it as a question’ “_I’m_ the president?” As for the Iraq quote, basically he saying he’s going to leave the new guy such a mess that he won’t be able to get out of there either- nice sentiment. ---

Then, of course, we all know that Cheney has squadrons of FBI agents seek out unbaptized virgins for him to sacrifice to his Dark Lord. He rips out the beating heart, takes one gluttonous bite, and tosses the rest to Barney, as a reward for his service. Don’t pretend that you need cites; this is all common knowledge. ---
