I listen because whatever it is that the man is thinking he almost without fail tells the world publicly before he does it, and I’d like to know where I’m going next and for how long just as soon as humanly possible. Ignore the man at your peril. In the past, millions have doubted him when he spoke. I’ve learned not to doubt that he will follow through. ---

It’s just a pet been a pet peeve of mine throughout this “war”. By the same token, I hate the term “collateral damage”, as it sugarcoats the fact that we’ve killed a heaping shitload of innocent people. ---
